Cancellation & Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are handled on MyKingdomCode.

  1. Refund Eligibility Window

    • Customers are eligible for a refund within 3 days of purchase, only if they have not downloaded or used the service in a meaningful way (defined below).

    • This policy aligns with standard digital goods regulations that allow limited refunds within a short window, unless the product has been used or downloaded.

  2. Usage-Based Refunds

    Refunds are issued based on service usage during the 3-day window:

  3. How to Request a Refund

    • Submit your request to: mykingdomcode.com within 3 calendar days of purchase.

    • Include your name, order number, and a brief reason for the request.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (if approved).

  4. Cancellation of Subscription

    • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.

    • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund unless eligible under this policy.

    • Service access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

  5. Refunds for Platform-Terminated Services

    • If MyKingdomCode cancels or suspends your subscription without fault on your part, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the unused service period.

  6. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Refunds will not be issued if:

    • The 3-day window has passed
    • More than 2 QR codes were created/downloaded
    • Scan activity has occurred
    • Your account was suspended for violating Terms of Use
